I called Mark after experiencing tripped switch in my home. rather than rushing out to come to my place he pariently walked me through troubleshooting steps over the phone. His methodical approach help me identify the fault was actually with my washing machine and not electrical witing. Mark professionalism, technical knowledfe and willingness to help diagnose the issue remotely saved me both time and money. I’ts rare to find a tradesperson who prioritizes solvint customer pronlem over maximizing their revenue. Highly recommend his services and will definately call him again for any future electrical work.

Highly recommended, biggest lifesaver. Have a party tomorrow and called so many of my mates all of them said they were busy and can't make it. Called some companies off google said it'd be $300 for just the callout fee. As a last resort, I call Norwest Electric expecting the same price gouging but he helped me fix the problem over the phone for absolutely free in less than 5m. Great work by them, good to see people still work fair.

Mark is someone whom I can describe as a very polite, genuine and honest person. Nowadays it's hard to find electrician like him. I called Mark based upon the reviews. Something went wrong with our PowerPoint today and when we called Mark he explained the steps through the phone and never charged for anything. If he wanted the money he would have just came in person but he's just an honest person trying to help providing the solution over the phone first before coming to fix. Throughout the process of having our new oven installed, Mark demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and courtesy. He arrived on-time with each visit to our home, spent plenty of time discussing the different options available for installation (being mindful of our desire to avoid damage to our walls), and laid the new cables and wired the oven with great care and skill despite the problems posed by our old house. He even helped with adjusting the oven feet to the correct height. Given the extensive work required, the relatively low cost of the service was also welcome.

The two fellas were lovely chaps to have out in the house while they were doing the job for us, which makes a difference when you are having people in to do work.
