Honestly in my 32 years of life I have never ever had an electrician or any trade give me a 15minute expected arrival window and then actually arrive exactly in that time haha. Mark was friendly and on time and knowledgeable, if it was my choice I would choose them every time. Thanks guys!

Mark is absolutely amazing! I rang Mark about a tripped switch at home that urgently needed repair as we had lost most of our lights around the house. Mark is absolutely amazing. I had an electrical issue on Friday night. Mark had a long chat with me over the phone, guiding me how to diagnose the issue. He then called next day to check if issue has resolved. He did charge anything for his time. I'm sure anyone else would have taken the advantage and would have given me a hefty bill. He is the best electrician anyone can find.

Throughout the process of having our new oven installed, Mark demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and courtesy. He arrived on-time with each visit to our home, spent plenty of time discussing the different options available for installation (being mindful of our desire to avoid damage to our walls), and laid the new cables and wired the oven with great care and skill despite the problems posed by our old house. He even helped with adjusting the oven feet to the correct height. Given the extensive work required, the relatively low cost of the service was also welcome.

I hired Mark to install LED downlights with dimmers throughout my home ( double storey). From the first day I met him for a quote on the job Mark was very thorough in explaining the process and time frame for the job. Mark and Phil came out to do a second lighting job for us. The two fellas were lovely chaps to have out in the house while they were doing the job for us, which makes a difference when you are having people in to do work. But we did not pay them to come out for a chat, they did a fantastic job installing downlights throughout and adding additional lighting over our island. They were efficient and tidy workers.
